Fungal Toenails – More than just a toenail problem?
Do you suffer with fungal nail infection that you just can’t seem to clear up. You’ve been trying antifungal treatments for months and there’s no or little improvement?
You may be suffering from a more systemic fungal infection. Candida (Yeast/fungus) can take over our digestive system and give us a whole range of symptoms including;
- Abdominal gas
- Headaches
- Migraines
- Excessive Fatigue
- Sugar or alcohol cravings
- Anxiety
- Inability to think clearly
- Constipation or Diarrhea
- Acne
- PMS
- Poor Memory
- Thrush (white coating on the tongue)
- Finger and toenail infections
Causes:
A yeast/Candida overgrowth can be caused by diet, high carbohydrate, sugar and alcohol, antibiotics and a weakened immune system.
Treatment:
Reduce intake of carbohydrates, sugars and alcohol. Boost immune system by eating plenty of raw, fresh vegetables, have a colonic to flush the toxins out the colon and digestive system.
